01 — The platform fee
Four tiers, each a superset of the one below.
The ladder is a capability stack, not a discount table — moving up a tier adds what the platform can do, and raises the included allowances. The metered floor in section 02 applies on top of whichever tier you are on, at the same rates.

02 — The infrastructure floor
Metered on top of any tier, billed daily.
Connectivity is a commodity and we price it like one. A device is billed only on the days it actually connects, so a truck that sat in the yard all month costs nothing, and the rate steps down automatically as the fleet grows — there is no renegotiation and nothing to ask for.

Messages and bytes are fair use. They exist as an overage guard on a fleet behaving unexpectedly, not as a line we build a bill out of — if that guard is ever going to affect you, we will tell you before it does.

Managed services you can attach to any plan, including Connect. These are quoted against your deployment rather than listed at a flat rate, because what they cost depends on where and how they run.

05 — The questions people actually ask
Before you book a call.
What counts as an active device?
One that connects on a given day. Billing is daily-prorated, so a device that connects for six days of a month is billed for six days — not a month, and not a licence you bought up front.
Do I pay the floor on top of the included devices?
No. The included allowance comes out of the platform fee you are already paying. The floor applies to devices beyond it.
Does the volume rate need negotiating?
No. The steps in section 02 apply automatically as the fleet crosses each band. There is no rate to ask for and no threshold to be told about after the fact.
Can I move between tiers?
Yes, in both directions. Each tier is a superset of the one below, so moving up adds capability without a migration, and moving down keeps your data within that tier's retention window.
I resell to my own customers. Do I pay per tenant?
No. On Integrate and above, where customer tenants are available, a tenant bills into your allowance by default — so devices and assets pool across your whole customer base and the volume steps in section 02 apply to the total, not to each tenant separately, which would keep every one of them in the highest band. A tenant can be set to bill on its own instead, which starts a separate pool.
What does annual billing save?
15% against the monthly platform fee. The metered floor is billed daily either way — we do not ask anyone to prepay for connectivity they have not used.
