Privacy Policy

This policy explains what InnovaEdge collects when you use innovaplatform.org, why we collect it, and how to have it removed. It covers this marketing site only. If you are an InnovaEdge customer, the handling of device and telemetry data is governed by your service agreement, not this page.

What we collect

Demo requests

There are two places where you hand us information directly through this site: the demo request form, and our demo booking page, which this site and our emails link to. The form asks for your name, email address, company, the kind of fleet you operate, its approximate scale, and an optional message. Only the email address is strictly required for us to reply. The booking page asks for your name, work email, company, what you operate and roughly how many devices, and the time you pick.

Form submissions are stored on this site as a private record that only site administrators can see, and a copy is delivered to us by email. Form submissions and bookings are also kept in our customer-relationship system, HighLevel (GoHighLevel), which runs the booking page for us under its own terms. That is how the person who replies, or who takes the call, can see what you asked. HighLevel also sends the booking confirmation and reminder emails. We use this information to answer your request, hold the call, and follow up about InnovaEdge. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

The form includes hidden fields that human visitors never see, and it records how long the form took to fill in. These exist only to tell automated spam from a real request: a submission they flag is still kept, but we do not act on it or reply to it automatically.

Analytics

We measure traffic with Matomo, which we run ourselves on our own infrastructure at web.innovaerp.tech. Your visit is not shared with Google Analytics, advertising networks, or social platforms, because none of them are loaded on this site. Analytics records the usual request details: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, browser and device type.

Analytics is not loaded at all for signed-in site administrators.

Separately from Matomo, this site reports page performance timings — how quickly pages rendered — to our own site-management system at fleet.innovaerp.tech, which we also run ourselves. That is performance monitoring rather than audience analytics: it records timing measurements and the page they came from, and it is not used to build a profile of you or shared with anyone else.

Server logs and network

This site is hosted by Hostinger and served through Cloudflare. Both keep standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. That processing is theirs, under their own policies, and we do not control its retention.

The booking page is hosted by HighLevel, not on this site. When you open it, HighLevel’s own pages and policies apply to that visit, including any cookies they set.

Cookies

Browsing this site sets no cookies at all. Our analytics runs without them: Matomo is configured not to set cookies, which is why you are not asked to accept anything in order to read these pages. Our analytics does keep one short-lived note in your browser for the length of the visit — whether you reached the enquiry page — so that a visit is not miscounted as you keep reading; it is discarded when you close the tab and identifies nobody. WordPress sets cookies only if you log in to the site itself, which applies to us rather than to visitors. If we ever switch on advertising measurement, which would set a cookie from a third party, you will be asked first and a refusal is remembered — it is off at the time of writing.

How long we keep things

Demo requests and bookings are kept on this site, in our email and in HighLevel for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and removed from all three on request. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. Host and network logs roll off on our providers’ own schedules.

Your choices

Email [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need an account or a form to ask, and we do not charge for it.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, our analytics honors it and does not record the visit.

Children

InnovaEdge is a business product. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or why, we will update the date below. This page is the current version.
