Refund policy

Cancel any time. Here is exactly what comes back.

No notice period, no exit fee, and no number on this page that the pricing page would contradict. Three kinds of charge, three rules.

Effective 6 September 2026 · InnovaERP Solutions LLC, Lincoln, Nebraska

01 — The monthly platform fee

It stops when you say so.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from Plan & billing in the console, or by email. There is no minimum term and no fee for leaving.

What is refunded

The month already in progress is not refunded; you keep full access to the end of it. Nothing is charged after that.

02 — The annual platform fee

Unused whole months come back, at the monthly rate.

Annual billing saves 15% against the monthly fee. If you cancel part-way through the year, we refund every whole month you have not used — recomputed at the undiscounted monthly rate. In other words, you keep the discount only for the months you actually used, and the rest is money back. The discount is not a trap.

The rule

Refund = what you paid for the year, minus the months used so far at the full monthly rate. A month in progress on the day you cancel counts as used.

A worked example

Operate is $1,200 a month. Paid annually at 15% off, the year is $12,240. Cancel after 4 months: those months at the full monthly rate are $4,800, so the refund is $7,440.

03 — The metered floor, and everything else metered

Nothing to refund, because nothing was prepaid.

The per-device floor, hot storage beyond your allowance, modeled assets beyond your allowance and SMS notifications are all billed in arrears for what actually happened — a device is billed only on the days it connects. There is no prepayment to return. Your final invoice covers metered usage up to the day you cancelled, and nothing after it.

04 — Changing tier, add-ons, and the edge cases

The rest, stated plainly.

Moving down a tier

Not a refund event. The lower price applies from your next billing period, and your data is kept within the lower tier's retention window.

Moving up a tier

Takes effect from your next billing period. If you need the higher tier sooner, email us and we will arrange it on your invoice rather than have the platform guess at a proration.

Add-ons

Managed hosting, a managed broker and a managed database are quoted against your deployment rather than listed at a flat rate, and their cancellation and refund terms are set out in that quote.

If we remove something you pay for

Covered in theterms of service: at least 60 days' notice, and a refund of any prepaid fees for the period after the removal. If we discontinue the service altogether, at least 90 days' notice and the same refund.

05 — How a refund is paid

Back to where it came from.

Method and timing

Refunds go to the payment method you used, within 10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. We email you when it is sent.

Your data after cancelling

Your organization stays available in read-only form for 30 days so you can export everything through the API. Data in a broker or database you own was never in our storage and is unaffected.
